Data Deletion Instructions

For Shopify Store Owners
If you installed SonarBloom as a Shopify app and signed in with Facebook, you can delete your data by following these steps:
- Go to your Facebook account settings
- Navigate to "Apps and Websites"
- Find "SonarBloom" in your connected apps list
- Click "Remove" to delete the app and all associated data
For Influencers and Creators
If you received a form from a brand to connect your Instagram Creator account to SonarBloom and provided access to your posts, stories, and reels insights:
- Go to your Instagram account settings
- Navigate to "Privacy and Security"
- Select "Apps and Websites"
- Find any connected apps related to the brand that sent you the form
- Remove the app connection to revoke access to your data
Alternative: You can also email us directly with your Instagram username and the brand name that sent you the form, and we will remove your data from our system.
Manual Deletion Option

What Data is Deleted
When you delete your data connection to SonarBloom, the following information is removed:
For Shopify Store Owners:
- Your Facebook account connection to SonarBloom
- Instagram/Facebook business account data
- Social media mentions and analytics data
- Communication history and app preferences
For Influencers and Creators:
- Your Instagram Creator account connection
- Posts, stories, and reels insights data
- Instagram Graph API access permissions
- Form submission data and contact information
- Analytics and performance metrics from your content
